The latest information regarding an RTI filed to enquire about the vacancies in the upcoming SSC CGL Exam 2024 is now available. The Staff Selection Commission has reported over 15 thousand vacancies in various government departments and ministries. This huge number of vacancies can have a massive impact on the level of competition in the upcoming CGL Exam.
The notification of the Combined Graduate Level Recruitment is scheduled to be released on 11th June and the vacancies will be officially announced with the notification. In this post, we have given the expected category-wise SSC CGL Vacancy as per the latest RTI reply.
SSC CGL Vacancy
The vacancies have been announced for the post of Auditor CGDA, ASO CSS, Income Tax Inspector, GST Inspector, Tax Assistant Income Tax, GST Tax Assistant, PO, Examiner, CBN and EA. The official reply also states that these numbers do not represent the final vacancies for which the SSC CGL Exam will be held as the vacancy details of many other posts such as Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, AAO in CAG, Assistant Section Officers in other departments, posts in the Enforcement Directorate, SI in CBI, etc. are yet to be finalized.
