RRB ALP Recruitment 2024

The official notification for RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 was released via Advt. No. CEN 01/2024 for 18799 [Revised] vacancies from the authorities. The selection process for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) is based on four steps that are CBT Stage 1, CBT Stage 2, Computer-Based Aptitude Test, and Document Verification (DV). RRB Technician Recruitment 2024

The Railway Recruitment Board has released the RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 with 14570 (Revised) vacancies for Grade 1 Signal and Grade 3 Posts. The selection for the post of RRB Technician Grade I Signal and Technician Grade III will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Document Verification, and Medical Examination. The selection process for RRB Technician is mentioned below in detail.

  1. Computer-Based Test or CBT: Candidates will have to appear for an online computer-based test to qualify for RRB Technician recruitment. The exam pattern for the CBT is discussed in detail in the next section. The final merit will be based on the CBT only.
  2. Document Verification: Those shortlisted in the CBT will have to get their documents verified by their respective regional RRBs to proceed to the next step of the selection process. Candidates must possess the required qualification like age limit and educational qualification which will be verified during DV.
  3. Medical Examination: Upon successful document verification, candidates will be called for a medical examination where they will be tested against the medical standard required according to the RRB Technician Notification 2024.

RPF Constable Recruitment 2024

RPF Constable Recruitment 2024 was notified by the Railway Protection Force vide Advt. No. RPF 02/2024. There are 4208 vacancies of Constables in RPF/RPSF that will be filled up through this recruitment. The selection procedure for Constable posts in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF) comprises three distinct stages.

Stage 1: Computer-Based Exam (CBE): The initial stage involves a Computer-based Exam (CBE) where candidates are assessed on various subjects relevant to the position.

Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Upon successful completion of the CBE, candidates move on to the second stage, which includes the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT).

Stage 3: Document Verification (DV): During this stage, candidates have to present their certificates and other relevant credentials to the higher authorities.

RPF Sub Inspector Recruitment 2024

The RPF SI Recruitment announced 452 vacancies for the Sub Inspector post. The exam date will be announced on the official website rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.

The candidates need to qualify in all of these stages to get selected as RPF Sub Inspectors. The RPF SI Selection Process is as follows:

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT) – This is the initial stage of selection which tests the candidate’s knowledge in General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence, and Reasoning.
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Candidates qualifying for the computer-based Test will be eligible for the next stage of selection i.e. Physical Efficiency Test. This includes physical activities i.e. running, long jump, and high jump, which vary according to the gender of the candidate.
  • Physical Measurement Test (PMT) – This test includes the Height and Chest measurements of the male and female candidates as mentioned in the official notification PDF.
  • Document Verification (DV) – Candidates clearing all three stages will be called for the final stage i.e. document verification. Candidates who fail to appear for DV with original documents will face rejection for the final merit list.
