Supreme Court Personal Assistant Selection Process 2024-25

The Supreme Court Personal Assistant Selection Process has four stages, and candidates must clear each stage to get selected. Detailed information about all the stages is provided below.

The detailed process of Selection is explained below:

Typing Speed Test on Computer: The Typing Speed Test on Computer requires candidates to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. Candidates are allowed a maximum of 3% mistakes in the total words typed. The test is scored out of 10 marks, with the minimum qualifying marks set at 5. The duration of this test is 10 minutes.

Shorthand (English) Test: The Shorthand (English) Test requires candidates to transcribe at a speed of 100 words per minute. The transcription time allowed is 45 minutes, with a maximum permissible mistake limit of 5% of the total words dictated. The gradation is as follows:

Written Test: The Written Test consists of 100 objective-type questions, including 50 on General English, 25 on General Aptitude, and 25 on General Knowledge, with a total of 100 marks. The total duration of written test is 1 hour 45 minutes. Minimum marks for Unreserved will be 50 marks and for Reserved Category (including PwD) will be 45 marks. For Computer Knowledge Test (Objective) Minimum qualifying marks will be 5 marks and for Reserved Category (including PwD) will be 4.5 marks.
