Factors Affecting SSC Stenographer Cut Off 2024

There are several factors that affects the cut-off which increase or decrease every year.  SSC Stenographer 2024  Cut Off marks are calculated on the basis of the following factors:

  • Total number of vacancies- The cut off depends on the total count of vacancies, if there are more vacancies as compared to previous year, the cut off might decrease. And if vacancies are less then cut off goes high.
  • Difficulty level of the exam- If the exam level was tough, then cut-off gets decreased, and vice-versa.
  • Number of Candidates- The cut off also depends on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam.
  • Highest marks scored in the exam- If the topper has received high score the there are changes that cut off goes high.
  • Previous year’s cut-off- The previous year’s cut-off marks can also be used to get reference to determine the current year’s cut-off as the cut off generally stays almost same.
