SSC MTS Apply Online 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) registration has been started along with the release of official notification at ssc.gov.in. Candidates have chance to apply online till 31st July 2024 from the official website of SSC. Along with the registration, SSC has introduced lots of changes initially starting with the new website and second is the process of registration for any exam under commission. The offline fee payment facility is no longer applicable as per the notification.

SSC MTS Apply Online is the main process for the student who is going to appear in the exam. Before moving for the application process, candidates must be aware of the important dates, as well as events as mentioned in the official notification PDF. SSC MTS Application Fees

Application fees for SSC MTS 2024 are Rs. 100/- for all except the exempted categories. to be submitted by candidates from various categories. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen/Women category are exempted from paying the application fee. The Online Application Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, and Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit or Debit cards.

SSC MTS Online Application Form Changes:

• One Time Registration is must before filling up the application form.
• No pre-requisite of passport sized photograph, live photo capturing has been introduced.
• No offline challan facility, only online payment.

Steps for SSC MTS Apply Online 2024

Interested candidates need to meet the required eligibility as mentioned in the SSC MTS  2024 Notification. Registration is important to be able for the SSC MTS Exam 2024. For the convenience of candidates, we have tried to provide step-wise knowledge for the SSC MTS online application. Candidates must note that there has been an evolution in the online application process. For more transparency, we are sharing the screenshots of the process. The SSC MTS Registration will take place in two steps i.e.

1. One Time Registration (OTR)
2. Filling out the Online Application Form

Part 1: One Time Registration (OTR)

Candidates will need to register on the newly revamped website of SSC i.e. ssc.gov.in. All old registration numbers on the previous website will not work for any new application form. Candidates can follow the given steps to complete the One-time registration form. Before OTR candidates must keep these details handy:

• Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
• Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
• Aadhaar Number. If an Aadhaar Number is not available, then please provide one of the following ID Numbers. (You will be required to show the original document at a later stage):
  i. Voter ID Card
  ii. PAN
  iii. Passport
  iv. Driving License
  v. School/ College ID
  vi. Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private)
• Information about the Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing the Matriculation (10th) Examination.
• Disability Certificate Number, if you are a person with a benchmark disability

Step 1: Initially, candidates need to visit the official website ssc.gov.in. You can directly apply from the link mentioned below.

Step 2: Click on the ‘New User? Register Now tab will be visible on the right side of the home page of Staff Selection Commission.

Step 3: Fill out the ‘Basic Details’, ‘Additional and Contact Details’, and ‘Declaration’ pages with the required information and Submit. and enter the “One Time Password (OTP)” received on the candidate’s registered mobile number.

Step 4: Candidates will receive their registration number and password via email and SMS. Use these details to log in and complete your OTR profile with all details regarding Address, ID Proof, Qualification, etc.

Step 5: After submitting the OTR along with the Declaration. Now candidates can apply for the SSC MTS Recruitment 2024.

Part 2: Filling up the Online Application Form

Step 1: Login and click on the ‘Apply’ link next to the SSC CHSL Exam 2024 title.

Step 2: Validate the auto-filled basic details from the OTR and enter the required information.

Step 3: Candidates need to provide information about the candidate’s category, Nationality, and visible Identification Mark.

Step 4: Upload the live photo capture during the process of application from filling.

Step 5: Upload the signature in the required size and format, and click on the ‘I Agree’ box to verify the information provided by you.

Step 6: Pay the application fee via online mode and take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

SSC MTS 2024 Important Instructions

The most awaited recruitment notification has been released on the official new website i.e. www.ssc.gov.in of the Staff Selection Commission. SSC MTS is one of the popular recruitment published for 10th passed candidates to serve as Government Employees. As the online application window is active now, applicants must have started filling up the application form for a total of 8326 seats for various posts. Here are the important highlights candidates must keep in mind while filling up the application form.

• Candidates must go through all the important details mentioned in the notification PDF i.e. eligibility criteria, educational qualification, age limit, selection process, span of recruitment, number of vacancies, and much more.
• New amendments for SSC MTS Online Application 2024, which include Live Photo uploading, Signature Uploading, and Selection of Post Preference.
• Candidates must note that applications with inappropriate photographs or blurred/miniature signatures, not as per instructions, will be rejected.
• Candidates must provide their active e-mail addresses and mobile numbers in the online application as correspondence may be made by the Commission through e-mail/ SMS.

Important Precautions For Photo and Signature

• Live capturing of the Photo at the time of form filling.
• Candidates need to find a peaceful place with good light and plain background.
• Candidates must ensure that the camera is at eye level before taking the picture.
• The position should be straight in front of the camera at its level.
• In no case should the candidate capture the photographs of his/her pre-existing photograph. All such applications where the photographs of his/her pre-existing photograph are captured will be rejected.
• Ensure that the face is completely within the red rectangular area marked by the camera. The face should not be too close or too far, and no part of it should be outside the rectangle.
• Candidates should not wear a cap, mask, or glasses/spectacles while capturing the photo.
• The frontal view of the face should be visible otherwise the photograph will not be acceptable.
• The scanned signature should be in JPEG/JPG format only with 10 to 20 KB.
• The image dimensions are 6.0 cm * 2.0 cm.
