Age Limit
The official notification will provide the exact age limit for each category of candidates. However, based on previous years’ notifications, the following age limits can be used as a reference until the new notification is released.
- The candidates should be aged between 18 to 30 years as of 1st August 2025.
- This means that the candidates must not be born before 2nd August 1995 and not born after 1st August 2007.

Education Qualification

Register on the New Website:

Fill the Application Form:

SSC JHT Selection Process 2025
The SSC JHT 2025 exam has two phases of written examination followed by Document verification and Medical Examination. Paper 1 Exam Pattern

Paper 2 Exam Pattern
The candidates who qualify for the cutoff for the first paper will be called for Paper 2 which will be descriptive. In Paper-II, candidates will be tested on Translation and Essay writing, which is a descriptive paper worth 200 marks. The duration for Paper-II is 2 hours (2 hours 40 minutes for candidates using a scribe).

SSC JHT Syllabus 2025
