SSC GD Constable 2025 Selection Process

The SSC GD Constable selection process consists of four different stages. The first stage of the selection process is a written examination which is followed by PET, PST, and medical examination. The candidates will have to clear each stage of the selection process to be eligible for the final merit list.

SSC GD Constable 2025 Exam Pattern

The selection of the applicants will be done based on their performance in the Physical Test, Written Test, and Medical Fitness Test. The final merit list will be prepared according to the performance in the SSC GD Constable written exam. However, the Physical Standard Test is of qualifying Nature. The merit will be prepared based on the basis of marks scored in the written Examination.

SSC GD Constable Exam Pattern (Written Test)

As per the new written exam pattern, there will be a total number of 80 questions having a total weightage of 160 marks. The total time duration of the SSC GD Constable 2024  written exam will be 60 minutes. There will be four sections in the SSC GD 2024 Written Test- GK, Reasoning, Mathematics, and English/Hindi. Each question in the written exam will carry 2 marks and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
