The Staff Selection Commission released one of its most popular notifications i.e. the SSC CHSL Notification 2024. Approximately 30 Lakh aspirants will compete against 3712 vacancies notified for SSC CHSL 2024. After selection, candidates get placed in Government Departments and Ministries as LDCs, JSAs, or DEOs. The SSC CHSL 2024 Exam will be held on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th July 2024 for which admit card has been released region wise. The commission has decided to allow the candidates whose applications have been rejected due to incorrect photos and signatures to re-upload their documents from 22nd to 24th June 2024.

SSC CHSL 2024 Application Correction Window (Active Now)

In a recent notice circulated by the Staff Selection Commission through all the regional offices, the commission has decided to activate the application correction window of SSC CHSL 2024 only for the candidates whose applications have been rejected due to unacceptable photographs or signatures.

The commission has also directed all the regional offices to send emails/SMS to such candidates so that they can reupload their documents according to the required format through the candidate portal on the official website from 22nd to 24th June 2024.

Who Can Apply for SSC CHSL 2024?

The SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria include the following factors: age, educational qualification, and nationality.

  • The aspiring candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions on or before the crucial date, 01 August 2024.
  • The minimum age of the candidate must be 18 years.
  • Candidate must not exceed the maximum age of 27 years unless he/she belongs to a reserved category having the provision of age relaxation.
  • Educational Qualification: LDC/JSA/DEO/DEO Grade ‘A’  candidates must have passed the 12th standard on or before the crucial date. The notification mentions that DEO/DEO Grade ‘A’ in C&AG, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Ministry of Culture require candidates from the Science stream with Mathematics.
  • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens or Nepal or Bhutan’s subjects. Persons of Indian origin from certain countries intending to settle in India can also apply.

SSC CHSL 2024 Exam Date

Staff Selection Commission has rescheduled the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Exam 2024 on 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 08, 09, 10, and 11 July 2024 in multiple shifts. The officials will notify the information regarding the shifts of exams with the release of the admit card.

The examination will be held in two tiers. Both these stages will be conducted in online CBT mode according to the latest pattern. Candidates qualifying for Tier 1 will be eligible for the next stage i.e. Tier 2. The SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Dates will be notified after the Tier 1 results.

SSC CHSL 2024 Admit Card

Staff Selection Commission has released SSC CHSL Tier 1 Admit Card 2024 on the official web portal at ssc.gov.in for the exam scheduled from July 1st to July 11th 2024 across the country. Candidates can now check their application status and hall tickets region wise. Candidates will need their login details like their Registration ID/User ID and Password to download the admit card from Commission’s website.
