Age Limit

• The minimum age limit is 15 years as of 10th April 2024.
• The maximum age limit is 24 years as of 10th April 2024.
• Age relaxation applies to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD Candidates as per the rules as tabulated below.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates should Possess Matriculation or Equivalent, National Trade Certificate (ITI) in relevant Trade, NCVT/ SCVT.
• Candidates must have passed Matriculation with 50% marks.

SECR Nagpur Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• The selection of candidates in the Nagpur Division for the post of Apprentice will be based on the merit list.
• The merit list in each trade will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) marks.
• The candidates selected through the merit list will be called for the Document Verifications stage of the selection process.
• This stage also includes a Medical Examination for which the medical certificate should be signed by a Government Authorized Doctor (Gaz) who is not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon in a Central/State hospital.
