Application Fees

All eligible candidates are required to pay the application fee for RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024. The mode of payment is online, and the application form will not be accepted without the payment of the application fees.

Steps for RRC NR Apprentice Application Form 2024

The process for RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 is given below. Candidates can apply online for RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 by following the step-by-step process given below.

Step 1: Click on the Link “Engagement of Act Apprentice” ONLINE Application.

Step 2: “Candidate Registration – Fill in the details i.e. Name, Father’s Name, Community, Category, Mobile No., Email ID, Date of Birth, and Register. On successful registration, the candidate will get a Password (or login subsequently on the given Email lD by SMS on the registered Mobile Number. Login- “Candidate  Dashboard  containing Application  Form, Payment of Online Fee, Upload documents will appear.”

Step 3: After filling up the Application Form, Pay the Online Fee (Except exemption category) Upload the required documents, and submit finally”. (Note: Photograph, Signature & Thumb Impression having size 10 to 50 KB in jpg format. Save Images and upload certificates like: – Educational, Caste, PWD, Ex-SM Certificates, etc. On completion candidate can take print of the application and Fee payment slip for candidate purpose records only).

Step 4: Candidate Dashboard appears again containing Application Form, Upload Photo/Signature/Thumb Impression, and Application Details/ Print.

Step 5: Photograph, Signature Thumb Impression having size 10 to 50 KB in jpg format. Save Images and upload certificates like: – Educational, Caste, PWD & Ex-SM Certificates, etc.

Step 6: On completion, the candidate can take a printout of the application for future reference.

Documents to be Uploaded with the Online Applications

The detailed notification includes a list of documents that candidates must upload with their application form to verify their eligibility based on the applicable criteria. • Proof of date of birth (SSC/Matriculation/10th certificate or DOB Certificate)
• Proof of Essential education i.e. SSC/Matriculation/10th pass Mark sheet & Certificate.
• Consolidated ITI Mark Sheet of all semesters of the trade in which applied/Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
• National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT with mark sheet as the case may be prescribed for trade.
• In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-SM etc Certificate in the prescribed format as per the Annexure available on the RRC website i.e. www.rrcnr.org.
• Disability Certificate, in case of PwBD Applicants.
• Discharge certificate/serving certificate, in case of applicants applied against Ex-servicemen quota.

• Incomplete Application.
• Applications without photograph, LHT impression, unsigned application/Signature in capital or different signature at different places during the selection process.
• Application with the scanned photo but wearing Goggles or with a cap or with a wig or colored glasses or disfigured/small size or unrecognizable.
• Application without fee or less fee.
• Applications without proof of date of birth, 10th pass mark sheet, ITI trade certificate issued from NCVT/SCVT & mark sheets, etc.
• Multiple Applications with minor changes of information and/ or facts or varied details for the same trade.
• Application without valid community certificate in the Central Government format and form the appropriate authority.

RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to review the minimum eligibility criteria before starting the application process for RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024. RRC NR Apprentice Age Limit

RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Salary

Selected candidates for the apprenticeship will undergo training for a specified period as per the applicable rules. Before starting their apprenticeship in the designated trade, candidates must enter into a Contract of Apprenticeship Training. If a candidate is a minor, their guardian will need to sign the contract on their behalf. This agreement is essential to formalize the training process and ensure that all terms are understood and accepted by both the candidate and the employer.

RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment Merit List

To calculate the percentage of marks for Matriculation/SSC/10th grade from grading systems, the RRC will use the midpoint of the grades obtained. Candidates must convert their CGPA or grades to actual marks and input them accurately in their applications, ensuring that all subjects are included in the total.

If certificates do not show calculated marks, all subject marks will be considered for merit determination. For ITI marks, only the average from the consolidated statement of marks for all semesters, as per the Provisional National Trade Certificate from NCVT/SCVT, will be counted. Candidates should ensure these marks are correctly entered.
