RRB Group D Fees Refund, Check Latest Notice

Railway Recruitment Board or RRB, Chandigarh has released a final notice regarding the updation of bank details for refund of the examination fee to the candidates who had attended CBT conducted from 17th August 2022 to 11th October 2022 for Level-1 posts against CEN No. RRC – 01/2019 on 6th November 2024 on the official website. The board has tried many times to refund the application fees but this leads to disappointment for many candidates due to wrong or incomplete bank account details provided by them.

The Bank Account Details were submitted at the time of filling out the Online Application Form for a refund. However, a large number of candidates had filled their bank details incorrectly leading to the failure of refunds. To give the candidates a final opportunity to provide their correct Bank Account Details, responsible authorities has decided to re-open the Bank Details Updation Form.

Accordingly, an updated bank Account Link will be provided on the official websites of RRBs which will be live from 11th November 2024, 10.00 AM to 20th November 2024, 05.00 PM. Candidates are advised to make use of this last opportunity to update their Bank Account Details if there is any change. RRB will also send E-mails and SMS to those who failed to redeen their application fees.

  • RRB has requested the candidates to ensure that the Bank Account Number and IFSC Code entered are correct and advised them to carefully check their Bank Account Details and IFSC Code before submitting the same.
  • It may be noted that modification of bank details after submission will not be possible.
  • RRBs shall not be responsible for further failure of refund, if any, on account of incorrect details furnished by the candidates and will not entertain further correspondence in this regard.

Some Important Points:

i. The last date for submission of Bank Details is 20th November 2024, 05.00 PM.
ii. Refund (after deduction of Bank charges) will be admissible subject to verification of the candidate’s particulars with RRB records.
iii. Incorrect, Incomplete, and/or late claims will be summarily rejected.
iv. ONLY ONE REFUND PER BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE ALLOWED.
v. One Help Desk Menu will be provided to get any clarification or help in case of any trouble while submitting the Bank Details and Forgot Registration Menu will also be available for getting missing Registration Numbers.
