- Date of Birth Range: 25.10.2000 to 25.10.2006
- SC/ST candidates are eligible for an age relaxation of 5 years, while OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates receive a relaxation of 3 years. PwBD candidates can avail up to 10 years of age relaxation, which extends to 15 years for SC/ST candidates and 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates.

ONGC Apprentice Selection Process 2024
The selection of apprentices will be based on merit, which is determined by the candidates’ marks in their relevant educational qualifications for each position. ONGC Apprentice Document Verification 2024
Selected candidates will be required to undergo document verification prior to joining. The list of required documents will be intimated to the selected candidates. A registration form will be generated once a candidate is selected, which should be printed and brought during document verification.
ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024: Important Notes
- Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or have more than one year of experience after obtaining the required qualification are not eligible.
- Applicants should not have completed three years after passing the qualifying examination as on 24.10.2024.
- ONGC has no obligation to offer regular employment after the apprenticeship period.
- The apprenticeship is for a duration of 12 months for all trades.
- Candidates are not eligible for any TA-DA/Boarding or Lodging expenses during the training period.
