– Two years PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA (Public Administration) / LLB from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks.		 – 2 years experience at Officer level in a supervisory position in the Vigilance Department of a Govt. Office/PSU/Bank or large reputed Organization.
Management Trainee (HR) – Two years full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HR Management or
– Two years full-time MBA (HRM) from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks.		 – None required.
Management Trainee (Quality Control) – M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy / Seed Technology / Plant Breeding & Genetics from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks. – None required.
Management Trainee (Elect. Engg.) – B.E/B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks. – None required.
Senior Trainee (Vigilance) – MBA (HR) or
– Two years PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA (Public Administration) / LLB from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 55% marks.		 – None required.
