Haryana Staff Selection Commission had extended the online application dates for  HSSC Haryana CET Recruitment 2024 for the post of Stenographer (Various Levels) and Group C Various Posts. The candidates who had not filled out the application form could fill up their form till 2nd August 2024 at 5 pm. The candidates who had already filled up the form could also make corrections or edit any detail in the form till the last date.

• Candidates will be shortlisted according to the merit list of the Common Eligibility Test (CET).
• Shortlisted candidates will appear for the written examination.

HSSC CET Notification 2024 Exam Pattern

One of the most important aspects of the HSSC CET Recruitment process is the pattern of the written examination. The candidates should be aware of the detailed pattern in order to make a proper preparation strategy. The official HSSC CET Notification 2024 provides the candidates with various aspects of the pattern of the written examination stage of the selection process. It states that

• All questions shall be compulsory.
• The question paper shall be Bilingual (English & Hindi). An Offline (OMR-based) written examination will be held for the recruitment of Group-C posts.
• There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.
• The total no. of questions will be 100 with a weightage of 0.975 marks for each question.
• A candidate has to fill one option compulsorily out of the five options given.
• In case a candidate doesn’t mark any of the five options for a question then 0.975 marks for each unattempted question shall be deducted.
• An extra five minutes shall be given to mark the fifth option if the candidate does not know the answer.
• The total time allowed for the paper will be (100+5) =105 minutes including the five minutes.
