FCI Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process under FCI Recruitment 2024 will be done based on the candidate’s performance in the following stages. Phase 1 CBT Exam Pattern
The candidates who are preparing for the FCI Recruitment 2024 must check the detailed FCI Syllabus and Exam Pattern. In Phase 1, the test will be Multiple Choice Questions. Phase 2 CBT Exam Pattern
The candidates who qualify for the cutoff of the first phase of the Computer-Based Test will be eligible to appear in the second phase. The candidates will have to appear for the paper according to the post they have applied for. There will be no negative marking in the Phase 2 exam.
The candidates applying for the Manager post in the General, Depot & Movement departments with postcodes A, B & C will have to appear in Paper 1 of Phase 2. Those applying for the departments of Accounts, Technical, Civil Engineering & Electrical Mechanical Engineering will appear for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The candidates who have applied for the Manager post in the Hindi department will appear for the Paper 3 & 4.

Document Verification
The candidates who qualify for the cutoff for both stages of the selection process will be called for the document verification process. The official notification contains some important points related to the document verification process of the FCI Recruitment 2024. - Those candidates who are meritorious on the basis of combined merit in the Online Test and Interview and whose documents have been verified successfully and whose eligibility for the posts has been established will be shortlisted for further appointment.
