Steps to Download Delhi Home Guard Admit Card
Candidates who have applied for the Delhi Home Guard recruitment must download their admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). - Click on the “Download Admit Card” Link given on the Home page
- A new webpage will open login using the required details, such as your application number, date of birth, and any other necessary information.
- After verifying the details, your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the Delhi Home Guard Admit card and take a printout of it, as it is a mandatory document to be carried to the physical examination venue.
Delhi Home Guard Physical Measurement & Efficiency Test (PMET) Details
Candidates are advised to thoroughly prepare for the Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test, as they are qualifying and must be cleared to be considered for the next stage of the selection process.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT):
During the PMT, only the height of the candidates will be measured. The minimum height requirement is 165 cm for male candidates and 152 cm for female candidates.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
The Physical Efficiency Test includes a 1600-meter running event. The time limit for qualifying this test depends on the candidate’s age and gender, with the crucial date for determining the age being 01 January 2024. The specific time limits for different age groups and genders are provided in the table below.
