Bihar Judiciary Syllabus – Prelims
The Bihar Judiciary Prelims Examination is a multiple-choice test and is divided into two papers i.e. General Knowledge and Law. The topics asked in the General Knowledge paper test the candidates’ awareness of the society and world around them. Bihar Judiciary Syllabus 2024 – Mains
Bihar Judiciary Syllabus for mains is divided into two parts – compulsory papers and optional papers. For the optional paper, the applicant has to select 3 out of the 5 available options. The compulsory papers test the candidate’s ability to express their opinions on various topics of general awareness and basic laws in the given word limit and time frame.

Bihar Judiciary Syllabus 2024 – Interview
The final round of the selection process is the interview. The candidates who successfully qualify the prelims and mains stages of the selection process are called for this round after which the final result is announced. The candidate should have a complete understanding of all parts of the law, professional experience, appropriate legal papers, and so on. 100 marks are allocated to the in-person interview. In order to make it to the merit list, the candidate must achieve a minimum of 35% in the interview.
