AAI Junior Assistant Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
In the AAI Junior Assistant Recruitment 2025, candidates will be selected based on 4 stages. They are namely, a Written Examination, Document Verification, a Medical Examination, and a driving test. We have provided the detailed explanation of the stages here:
Stage 1: Written examination: The written test will include a computer-based test where there will be two parts. Part A (educational qualification) and Part B (general knowledge, intelligence, aptitude, and English).
Stage 2: Document Verification: In this, the candidate’s provided documents will be checked whether they are original and genuine or not.
Stage 3: Medical Test: After document verification, the candidate’s health will be examined. They will be evaluated based on their physical fitness including: running- to 100 meters, carrying a test, lifting and carrying a sandbag to 50 meters, pole climbing, rope climbing, ladder climbing, and descending), height, weight, chest measurement, and eyesight
Stage 4: Driving Test: In this, the candidates will need to demonstrate their driving proficiency by operating a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
